Prophet warns gospel artistes

A gospel music lover,Revd/Prophet Oladipupo Funmilade-Joel (a.k.a Baba Sekunderin) has expressed dismay over the steady decline of gospel music in view of its abuse and commercialisation by many acclaimed artistes in the Christendom and maintained that music still remains a core ministry and can only impact lives if the wordings are spiritually inspired and meaningful. The cleric also cautioned Xtian artistes (gospel musicians, drama ministries and others) to be faithful to their callings and strive to satisfy God, change people’s hearts for the better to glorify God… but should not play to gallery in their ministration, so as not to commit people into sin.
Baba Sekunderin who is the Presiding Head, The Way of Reconciliation Evangelistic Ministries (TWOREM) Int’l Lagos, Nigeria and CEO, Messiah broadcasting Network Nigeria, remarked that some christian artistes have developed the habit of deceiving people to hell, giving empty promises, false security, fake hope and other unrighteousness acts with a view to satisfy their audience, instead of God.
The worried clergyman asserted that the danferous trend among these Xtian artistes today, have allowed the pursuit of fame, title, wealth among others to becloud their passion for souls and fulfilment of the ministry.

Bombshell!!! My nude picture only makes me popular – Bola Ige

Nollywood actress and one-time MTN model, Biola Ige is not taking lightly the quick spread of her explicit picture with colleague, Muna Obiekwe. Many things have been said about the pictures. Some say it is an actual shot of the two actors having an intimate time, some say it is a photo shopped picture, while others think it is a movies scene gone too far. In the picture, Muna Obiekwe is seen sucking and clutching the breast of Biola Ige in the picture.
In a phone chat, Biola not only confirmed that she is the lady in the picture but also gave a logical explanation for it. She has this to say about the whole thing, “I was going to remain silent on the photo being displayed on the internet however I realise that I need to set the record straight for my family, friends and fans who i love and respect. The photo in question was taking from the set of a movie called ‘Pregnant Hawkers’ in which I played a Hawker who was in a romantic situation with another actor. This movie was shot and aired two years ago. The photo circulating the internet right now is the photo from a scene in the movie and nothing more. If you watched the movie you will see that there is nothing to this movie other than the fact that i was playing a role.”
