The first
trailer of the much-expected movie, Silence,
has been released. The movie, which is to be premiered in April before a Cinema
release, has its theme centred on Child Abuse, the consequences and how it can
be overcome. It features Nollywood super
stars including Iyabo Ojo, Benjamin Joseph, Alex Osufo, Tina Mba, Faithia
Balogun and Doris Simeon. The movie is written
and produced by Iyabo Ojo and directed by Alex Mouth.
The movie is
Iyabo Ojo’s 10th work as a writer and producer. The 34-year-old
actress started acting in 1998 and has since taken part in over 300 movies.
“I know that
the film has taken a while to come out, but as you know me, I am more concerned
about releasing quality. We took our time to produce it so that our fans will
not be disappointed. They should expect a movie such as they have never seen
before, when it comes out in April,” she said.
