SNAP TO STARDOM takes 23 Contestants to camp

The aim is to search for the Most Photogenic Queen in Nigeria across the country and to basically promote photography modelling through a healthy competition.
The mission of the organisers is to discover and empower young Nigerian ladies and wannabe models between the ages of 18 and 26 irrespective of size, shape, colour and height that can be camera friendly, and to discover the potentials in them through their pictures and uncover the beauty in them within their lifestyle.
To arrive at the final 23 contestants to be taken to the camp, series of auditions took place in different batches from the total entries of over 215 applicants in the official maiden edition of the photogenic contest to beat and copy in this part of the world.

The 23 qualified contestants namely; Folashade Olatunji, Linda Midu, Faith Dickson, Oyeladun Balogun, Abiodun Ige, Omotayo Abejide, Lovett Ukpoma, Mya Haruna, Habiba Tanko, Wendy Oriahi, Adesola Fagbemi, Aishat Omoniyi, Modupe Fadayomi, Ebunoluwa Moiett, Yetunde Kowontan, Prosperina Oguntokun, Owoupele Ebi, Deri Diba, Blessing Aku, Afolakemi Odde, Beauty Asuquo, Oluwakemi Olumeko, and Adeola Aroso from the screening process will be moved to the camp in August-September 2012 for training and grooming and further select top 10 finalists for the main event to crown the Most Photogenic Queen in Snap To Stardom 2012.

According to the principal consultant of the project, Kanbi Owolabi, he disclosed that the organisers are committed to their vision, and to fully ready to meet the expectations of the industry watchers beyond just packaging another photo-pageant, but to break the norm and package a total moral value family driven contest which is Simply Phototainment.

Interestingly, other prospective organizations with clear passion to position their brands on a credible platform like Snap To Stardom have started talking to the organizers as regards how, where and which area they can come in partnering with them towards this value adding initiative as a unique platform for their brands to leverage on.

Besides all these, the organisers wish to assure the prospective sponsors and partners that the project is a worthy investment.

The event manager, Abelinis Nigeria Limited is working in concert with the other reputable stakeholders in the industry to make the camping a wow experience and the main event memorable.
