Secrets of unforgettable sex
Sex can be a great stress-reliever because of the physical and emotional release, bonding, and release of endorphins. However, sometimes, stress can actually prevent us from being “in the mood.”
At a couples’ meeting recently, one common reason, whether for pretense or for real, women adduced for not wanting sex is stress. They complained that they are often stressed after a busy day. Hence, the last thing on their mind is sex. Of course, their husbands didn’t fancy such an excuse because naturally, the first thing on his mind when coming back from work is good sex, and then food. Only in few instances will food be the first thing before sex. Thus, it becomes necessary for me to try and find a way around stress so as to help couples enjoy good sex, despite the challenges of daily activities.
With the libido-dampening effects of excessive stress, sex, sometimes, goes by the wayside. Starting with outside the bedroom and moving in, here are some quick tips on how to get yourself in the mood when stressed, so you can enjoy the benefits of sex.
You will definitely find the piece below helpful if you are constantly feeling stressed, thus limiting your sexual prowess in the home. This was culled from the internet with some modifications. Enjoy it.

Its this same man that told his neighbours that his son has been missing since three days now and both him and neighbours were searching for him together without them knowing that he knew where his son is. But luck ran out on him today when the security men from the community discovered the boy crying in the bush.

Ghanaian star, Beverly Afaglo gets baby girl
From what we gather, Ghanaian top
actresses, Beverly Afaglo, who was married just some months ago has welcome her
first child. Beverly married a member of popular Ghana's music group, Praye,
Eugene Baah also known as Praye Ho Ne Ho in Ghana. There was some arguments
about her pregnancy when she was getting married. Though she did not deny being
pregnant, she had kept mum whenever she was asked.
The bundle of joy was welcomed last week
Saturday, and it was a girl. Beverly is an Advance Diploma holder in Beauty
Therapy and ex-student of the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ). She has been
acting for over five years and has featured alongside many Nigerian actors and
in many Nollywood movies. She came into the spotlight two years ago when she
opened up on the on sex for role attitude of some Ghanaian producers. She said
she was disappointed with how pundits in the industry are not giving actresses
a fair playing ground, as the disturbing issue of sex for roles and beauty has
become the main urge for acting. Her outburst stirred the Ghanaian movie
industry, and Beverly became an instant star.

Senator Ita Giwa's larvish party
I write this with no prejudice. In fact I respect this woman
for being able to survive in a political arena dominated by men. Yet some of
that respect was ripped off from my sense of judgement from what I witnessed
yesterday. To be fair enough though, my respect means nada to her. I was
invited to a ball organised by Senator Florence Ita-Giwa, by a colleague of
mine, and as I stepped into the hall, I saw huge banners of stars like Tuface,
Iyanya, Tiwa Savage and the likes. I told my colleague this must be a big
event, yet I never heard about it. He smiled and said I have not seen anything
yet.
The venue was a demarcated part of the new Eko Hotel Expo
hall. The hall was massively decorated. The way the stage was mounted, one
could easily tell that there will be some cat walking with its runway style. The
whole thing was being managed by the best events manager in the country. I mean,
Edi Lawani was running from pillar to post while screaming at his walkie talkie
every second.
I was told this was a charity event, but what I was seeing
was more like a concert. Iretiola Doyle and Olisa Adibua stepped on the stage,
as the hosts for the night, after introducing the high and mighties at the
event, which include top ranking govt. officials and representatives from over
five foreign high commissions including American, a documentary was played to
explain why we were all there.

J Martins finally back from tour
On the heels of a successful tour of the US, African music star JMartins is warming up to bless his fans with some new music.
Sources close to the singer say it’s his birthday on September 29 – and that’s the days he wants to ‘deliver a major new single to every one of them’.
From the artwork already released, the song might be titled ‘Kpomo’. (pronounced Ponmo). Sexual? No one knows for sure yet.
What we do know though: the forthcoming single will be released here and other African countries; we know Kpomo was conceived in the US and produced in Nigeria.

Female banker sends robbers after customers.
Any time you are withdrawing large cash sums, be careful, your banker might be sending armed robbers to retrieve the money back. A female cashier working in a new generation bank along New Market Road, Onitsha, Anambra State has landed in trouble for sending robbers after a customer just after he withdrew N5 million from the bank.It was gathered that the customer was attacked by the armed bandits who operated on two motorcycles while waiting to board a vehicle to his destination.
According to Daily Sun fter being dispossessed of the money, the victim became suspicious of the role played by the female cashier as no other person knew about the withdrawal and he hurried back to the bank in anger and threatened to expose the cashier if the stolen money was not returned immediately to him.The bank manager, whose office was situated close to the banking hall, overheard their argument and invited them into his office. While interviewing both parties, the female cashier consistently denied involvement in the crime and vowed to deal with the victim if his allegation was eventually proved to be false. However, the cat was let out of the bag during hot exchange of words when the mobile phone of the cashier rang persistently and she refused to answer the call.

Nigerians die in chinese company pool
Someone sent a mail to Blogger, Ladun Liadi telling her about how some Nigerians were killed and drowned in the pool in a Chinese factory in Ikeja Lagos. The family are suspecting a foul player. Read the senders mail below.
''This is to notify you on this story that just got to me from a friend, whose brother is one of the dead boys. According to him, his brother worked with a Chinese company in Ikeja (, and he worked at the factory sometime last week, and slept over. His where about could not be determined till the following evening, where his body and that of his friend were found inside the company's swimming pool with blood coming out of their ears, nostrils, and mouth.
To my best of knowledge (i lost a brother to the pool, i.e got drowned). When a human drowns blood does not come out from those places, what we suspect is foul play, perhaps they must have seen or heard something they were not supposed to see or hear, or perhaps the company is into shady deals.
Please I would like to let the country know about the ills of most of these companies, we know they have strong backups, more so this is just one case we know, the next may be someone close to you.

I did not stab DJ Kevin - Skailey denies
From Skailey: Our attention has been drawn to reports claiming our client Adeyemi Lawal Quadri popularly known as Skaliey Mental allegedly stabbed one DJ Kelvin also known as Kelvin. We hereby wish to debunk such reports about our client. There was no time Skaliey did such act as reported. He is a law abiding citizen of the country and also a very jovial person to be with. However, there is no doubt about Skaliey being aware of the incident, but he was not the one that stabbed Kelvin as it is being reported. A mutual friend of both Skaliey and Kelvin known as Walex was the
culprit of the act.
This was also confirmed by statements taken by police from Kelvin, Skaliey and T Blaze, whose studio the ugly incident happened that day at Agbado area of Lagos.
On the report that Skaliey and his manager were contacted by the writer of the story, we wish to say that there was no time they were contacted to get their own sides of the story.
Those who ever put calls through to Skaliey know that whenever his number is not reachable or at network range, his (Skaliey) phone calls are always diverted to his manager's (Tayo) phone number. While we appreciate the enormous work of the media, we would appreciate if the truth is always reported about our stars so as to keep the noble pen profession in high respect.

Nigerian actor jailed for being gay
A 28-year old nollywood actor, was on Monday sentenced to
three-month imprisonment by a Karu Senior Magistrates’ Court, Abuja, for having
sexual intercourse with another man through the anus.
The convict, who
resides at Gidan Mangoro, had pleaded guilty to having engaged in homosexual
acts.
“I am guilty of the
charge against me. I was under the
influence of alcohol and I want the court to temper justice with mercy’’, he
said.
The police
prosecutor, Mohammed Umar, had told the court that the convict committed the
offence in August when the complainant was sleeping in his bed.
Homosexual acts, the
prosecutor said, was contrary to Section 284 of the Penal Code.
The prosecutor said
since Mr. Chukwuemeka had pleaded guilty to the crime he initially denied, the
court should try him summarily.
The Senior
Magistrate, Nafisatu Buba, sentenced him to three-month imprisonment without an
option of fine.
“This would serve as
warning to other youths who hide under the influence of alcohol to commit
crimes,’’ she said.
When he was first
arraigned in early September, Mr. Chukwuemeka pleaded not guilty, saying, “I
came back drunk from the night club and thought I was sleeping on the same bed
with my girl-friend and I started romancing her.”
At that hearing, Mrs
Buba, had ruled that alcohol should not be seen as an excuse for committing the
offence, but then granted the accused bail in the sum of N200,000 with two
sureties in like sum, with one of the sureties being a civil servant on Grade
Level 09.
However, when the
case was heard Monday, the actor suddenly pleaded guilty, and Mrs Buba
summarily tried him, sentencing him to three-month imprisonment. Homosexuality
and lesbianism are seriously frowned at in Nigeria.
In November, the
Nigerian Senate passed a strict law banning same-sex marriage and public
display of affection by gays in Nigeria.

Fuel scarcity will continue indefinitley - NNPC
The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation has said that the long fuel queues in Lagos State may take some time before disappearing.
NNPC, however, described the scarcity as artificial.
In a statement by its acting spokesman, Fidel Pepple, the NNPC said the artificial scarcity was triggered by the destruction of the NNPC’s pipeline at Arepo, Ogun State.
Pepple said the NNPC was finding it difficult to fix the damaged facility following the killing of three of its officials by hoodlums.

Ibro the dwarf challenges Aki and Pawpaw
Ibro as Ibrahim Musa is popularly known says he too wants a
slice of what Aki and Pawpaw is getting. At least he has what it takes, height.
At less than three feet, he is definitely in the league of Chinedu Ikedieze and
Osita Iheme.
According to the Benue state born actor who has so far
featured in a few movies, he disclosed
that the duo believe that his entrance into the Nollywood industry would bring
down their longtime built reputation and fame to nothing, now enraging them to
ponder hatreds on him as the surviving actor. “They believe I want to take over
from them, while that is not my intention. The industry is so big that it can
contain whatever good talent anybody is coming with. I have received series of
report from people, both on pages of newspaper on how they are biffing me,” he
said.
“Not that I don’t
care, but what keeps me going is the talent in me. Your talent is the
determining factor, the level prominence and feed back you receive from your
fans will tell you if you are trying or not. So, I keep telling them to take it
easy, because they have their own fans while I have mine. I see and take them
as my brothers”.
Having made his sojourn into the Nollywood
industry in 2001, Ibrahim admitted that his achievement could be measured with
that of when the entertainment industry took its place in the country. For him,
Nollywood has changed his life, as he could boldly testify to it, “the kind of
people I go out and hang out with now are mostly top business friends.
Sometimes I wonder if I would have achieved the position I have gotten in life
without being an actor,” he asserted

D'Banj disowns Nigerians, parties with Ludacris
African music maestro and entrepreneur, D’Banj was expected at an event last weekend in Lagos, but was no where to be found. We just reliably gathered that the Koko master joined other international superstars Akon, Ludacris, Kevin Hart, Pusha T and many other stars at the 7th Annual Luda Day Weekend which held over the weekend.
The five day event which was organized by the Ludacris Foundation included a celebrity basketball party as well as a Welcome to Atlanta Dinner.
D’Banj who only recently opened for British singer and songwriter Rita Ora is currently having a scintillating international career. He notes that artistes have come a long way from being just singers and musicians and are giving back positively to their communities. We’re wearing many hats now, ’entrepreneurs’ ‘activists’ ‘social icons’ ‘role models’ and so much more.”
“Music,at any time, can place millions of individuals on one united platform. We always say that music is our ‘bridge to connect with the people’. Well, its time more acts walked the talk, just like Ludacris and other artistes are doing, and give back to their community, he concluded.

May D, P-Square to settle in court
There are strong indications that rising singer, May D may be seeking redress in a court of law over what he described as an alleged breach of contract by Nigeria's singing sensation, P-Square.
We gathered that May D is presently unhappy about his eviction from Square Records owned by P-Square and may be marching into the walls of a court room anytime soon.
Some weeks ago, a statement signed by Jude Okoye, the elder brother of the P-Square, Square Records stated that Square Records had terminated its contract with May D and would no longer have anything to do with his career.
Sources close to May D have revealed that May D is further aggrieved by the fact that he was not informed of the termination of his contract by Square Records rather, he had to read the news on entertainment blogs and on the pages of newspapers.
According to a PUNCH newspaper reporter, “the singer is already talking to his lawyers. As soon as that is done, an official statement would be made available to the media depending on the advice of his legal team.”

NBC bans Wande Coal
Barely a week and two days since Wande Coal‘s “Go Low” video premiered, the National Broadcasting Commission has given it the proverbial boot as the video has officially been banned.
The NTBB (not to be broadcast) ban however only restricts the video from being played on ‘Free-to-air’ TV stations – what this means is that viewers of cable TV stations can still watch the video as the ban doesn’t affect them from playing it.
Our sources state that “E-mails sent to the NBC were not replied as at the time of this report and neither has Mavin Records responded to news of their video ban.”
A lot of buzz on the Internet has surrounded this ban and a lot of people have resorted to accusing Kenny Saint-Best for inciting the ban of the music video for her showing disapproval of the video on Twitter.

I am back to tell my story – Actress healed of Breast cancer
Breast cancer awareness is reaching a peak in Nigeria today
with various funds being created for sufferers. Actress Juliet Aguwa was very
popular in soap operas including ‘Memorial hospital’ and ‘Twist away’. But she
moved to America with her husband. She is back in Nigeria with a story to tell.
Over the past three years she had battled with breast cancer and had been faced
with the very dreadful chemotherapy treatment. She lost her hair, her skin went
pale but her will to live remained intact. She is working on an awareness
campaing for the disease that almost took her life. She spoke with Hazeez
Balogun recently.
You are were
diagnosed with breast cancer and you survived. Many people will just keep the
ordeal to themselves you decided to all out.
Yes, I know about the stigma, but I do not want cancer to be
seen as a curse but a disease, and the sooner we get to know more about it the
better and easier it is to fight it. I was sincere with what I was going
through because I know other people were also
going through the same thing.
You featured in some
soap opera before in some year back then you disappeared.
I did not really disappear. I moved to the United States.
Let me tell you a bit of myself. I was born in Imo State on October 2, 1973,
but I grew up in the North- Niger State. Dad passed away when I was 7 years old
so I was raised by my mother. I attended FGGC. Owerri for 3 years and then I
transferred to FGGC Bida, where I finished in 1991.
