Beautiful
Ghanaian actress, Juliet Ibrahim, literally brought activities at the Ghana's International Airport, Accra, to a halt recently, when she was denied entry
into the lobby. According to her, she was “embarrassed by airport officials,”
when she was denied entry into the plane, as a result of the spike shoes she
was wearing. Sources at the airport claimed that she failed to remove the
spikes despite that each time she went through the metal detector, the alarm kept
going off. She was finally allowed to pass through with her shoes on.
The actress has
been fuming over the incident online all week. One of her Twits reads: “What
were they thinking - that I could harm a passenger with the shoes while on air?”
Neither the actress nor the airport has made any official statement on the
matter.
