Tee Mac calls Nigerian musicians illiterate

Hip TV caught up with the icon and he spoke about the modern sounds of Nigerian urban music.  According to him, “Most of the Nigerian musicians are music illiterates. They don’t bother to know anything about music and it shows in the production quality of what is coming out nowadays. The music all sounds the same, Originality has gone down the drain. It shouldn’t be like that.”
Dr Tee Mac Omatsola Iseli or Tee Mac as he is popularly known is a renowned Nigerian flutist specialized in classical music. The music maestro has enjoyed a career spanning over 40 years.
With cross cultural Itsekiri and Swiss roots;  Teemac and his  Afro Collections Orchestra have hit the global charts with songs “Fly Robin Fly” and  “Get Up And Boogie”; enjoying an enviable career spanning over four decades.
